Juhua Group's Gansu Silicon Fluoride New Material Project has invested 4.89 billion yuan!

In the golden season of early autumn, there is a surge of construction enthusiasm for major projects in Yumen City. As the largest industrial project in Gansu Province, the high-performance silicon fluorine new material integration project of Gansu Juhua New Materials Co., Ltd. has been advancing various constructions with a "time waits for no one" attitude since January 2024. Currently, it has entered a critical stage of main construction, and a development blueprint of a "billion dollar new material industry cluster" is accelerating.

Entering the construction site of the high-performance silicon fluorine new material integration project of Gansu Juhua New Materials Co., Ltd., machines roar and tower cranes stand tall. Nearly 5000 builders are fighting on the front line, and the construction boom is being efficiently promoted. It is reported that the main items of the 10 sections covered by the project have opened up 160 working surfaces, accounting for 78% of all working surfaces. Since the start of construction, the cumulative investment has reached 4.89 billion yuan, and the construction progress is steadily advancing. With the entry of top domestic participating units, the project has officially entered a new stage of main construction. The plan is to achieve mid-term delivery in June 2026 and start trial production in the third quarter of 2026, which will inject strong momentum into the new materials industry in the province.
The smooth progress of the project cannot be achieved without comprehensive support and assurance. Yumen City is making every effort to solve the problems of land acquisition and relocation, as well as factor guarantee, in order to clear obstacles for project construction. Prior to construction, the original domestic waste landfill, dairy farm, ammunition depot of the armed forces, and 200000 cubic meters of water tank were relocated within the site. 17 kilometers of high-voltage transmission lines were relocated, 6.6 kilometers of construction power pipelines and 3.8 kilometers of construction water pipelines were erected, and 4 communication signal towers were put into use. The construction of 1.27 kilometers of steam pipelines was carried out in an orderly manner, fully meeting the needs of construction and production.
In terms of supporting services, temporary office spaces and apartments have been quickly delivered and put into use, 1748 sets of employee turnover housing have been accelerated, and the direct flight route between Jiuquan Jiayuguan and Quzhou has been opened... The project construction service guarantee has been comprehensively improved. It is worth mentioning that the Shule River Diversion (Phase III) Project, with an investment of 1.358 billion yuan, is being fully promoted, and a 5.4 million cubic meter regulating reservoir and a pumping station are being built as supporting facilities. A series of "hard core" guarantee measures have been implemented, laying a solid foundation for the steady progress of the project.
As a major industrial project with a total investment of 41 billion yuan, Gansu Juhua's high-performance silicon fluorine new material project not only has a large scale, but also shoulders the strategic mission of "filling gaps and strengthening the industry". After the completion of the project, it is expected that the annual industrial added value will reach more than 32 billion yuan, which will promote Yumen City to become the core base of the silicon fluorine new material industry in the northwest region and achieve a historic breakthrough in Gansu Province's silicon fluorine new material industry from "nothing" to "something".
