News
In response to the technological development needs in the field of electronic special gas, CSSC Special Gas held a board meeting on August 20th and officially approved the establishment of three research and development projects. These projects include the research and development of ultra pure tungsten hexafluoride, validation of special gas negative pressure bottle filling process, and development of solid molybdenum based precursor delivery system for integrated circuits.

From the perspective of market performance, CSSC Special Gas achieved significant growth in the first half of 2026. The company achieved a revenue of 1.904 billion yuan, an increase of 83.13% compared to the same period last year; The net profit reached 348 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 95.63%. It is worth noting that tungsten hexafluoride products have become the core driving force for performance growth, with revenue increasing nearly threefold year-on-year.
In terms of pricing strategy, CSSC Special Gas will implement a new pricing mechanism for tungsten hexafluoride products starting from the third quarter of 2026. This mechanism takes into account market supply and demand, industry development trends, competitive landscape, and national policy guidance, and has been officially implemented in the third quarter.
It is understood that CSSC Special Gas has a large-scale production capacity in the field of tungsten hexafluoride, with an annual production capacity of 2000 tons and product purity levels of 6N and 7N, which can meet the requirements of 3nm advanced process technology. In terms of customer structure, the company has established stable cooperative relationships with well-known integrated circuit companies at home and abroad, such as TSMC, Micron, Hynix, Infineon, Kaixia, GlobalFoundries, SMIC, Changjiang Storage, Changxin Storage, Huahong Group, and China Resources Group.
