01Acceptance of Environmental Impact Assessment for Dongyangguang Fluorine 10000 tons/year R32 Project
On August 4th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Shaoguan City issued a notice on the acceptance of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the 10000 ton/year R32 Plant Construction Project of Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluoride Co., Ltd. The project is located in the New Materials Industrial Park of Guangdong Ruyuan Industrial Transfer Park, with an investment of 53.4219 million yuan. It is planned to expand and add a 10000 ton/year R32 unit. After the expansion is completed, the total R32 production capacity of the entire plant will reach 40000 tons/year.

02Zhejiang Hongfu Annual Mixed Filling 127100 Tons of Environmental Protection Refrigerants and Other Projects Acceptance Announcement
On August 3rd, the Intelligent Manufacturing New City Branch of Quzhou Ecological Environment Bureau issued a notice regarding the acceptance of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for Zhejiang Hongfu Chemical Co., Ltd.'s annual mixed filling of 127100 tons of environmentally friendly refrigerants and cleaning agents project. The project has an investment of 500.6299 million yuan and plans to annually mix and fill 127100 tons of environmentally friendly refrigerants and cleaning agents, including 32700 tons/year of single refrigerant products, 93100 tons/year of mixed refrigerant products, and 1300 tons/year of cleaning agents. The proposed project period is from October 2026 to September 2027.

03The energy-saving report for the Sissoko FKM and PVDF capacity expansion projects has been approved
On July 30, 2026, the official website of the Development and Reform Commission of Jiangsu Province released administrative licensing public information, with approval number Su Fa Gai Neng Shen [2026] No. 77, agreeing in principle to the energy-saving report of the annual production of 12500 tons of polyvinylidene fluoride, 4000 tons of fluororubber, and 25657 tons of by-product hydrochloric acid technology transformation project of Shishuoke Special Polymer (Changshu) Co., Ltd. The project has an investment of 35 million yuan. After completion, the existing production capacity of fluororubber (FKM) will be expanded to 4000 tons per year, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) to 12500 tons per year, intermediate product vinylidene fluoride (VDF) to 13500 tons per year, and by-product hydrochloric acid to 25676 tons per year.

04Announcement of Dongxin Chemical's 1500 ton Perfluorocarbon New Material Expansion Project
On July 30th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Fuxin City officially accepted the environmental impact assessment document for Liaoning Dongxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 1500 tons of perfluorinated series new materials project and made it public. The project has an investment of 25 million yuan and is expected to produce 500 tons of perfluorotributylamine, 130 tons of perfluorotripropylamine, 300 tons of succinyl fluoride, 100 tons of fluorinated hexafluoroglutaric acid, 200 tons of perfluorohexane, 180 tons of perfluoro (N-methylmorpholine), 30 tons of perfluorobutyl sulfonyl fluoride, 30 tons of perfluoron-propyl vinyl ether, and 30 tons of octafluorodiester difluoride annually.
