Recently, the annual production of 30000 tons of high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project by Guizhou Phosphating Group Fluorosilicon New Materials Company has been successfully completed and delivered with excellent products. This marks a breakthrough for the group in the construction of large-scale production capacity for anhydrous hydrogen fluoride.
To ensure the high standard promotion and high-quality implementation of the project, the project construction adheres to advance planning and scientific layout, accurately formulates a list of key node tasks, and anchors a timetable and roadmap for the project to be put into operation on schedule. Since the start of construction on November 11, 2024, the project construction has been progressing at full speed, and the entire construction and feeding cycle only took one year, fulfilling the established tasks ahead of schedule.
Anhydrous hydrogen fluoride is the core basic raw material of the fluorine chemical industry chain. It is not only a key substance for producing fluoropolymers, refrigerants, and fluorine-containing new materials, but also a basic raw material for high-end chemicals such as electronic grade hydrofluoric acid. It is widely used in semiconductor wafer etching, photovoltaic manufacturing, lithium battery material preparation, and high-performance fluorine material synthesis. With the rapid development of industries such as electronic information and new energy, the demand for high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride in China continues to grow. The localization capability and stable supply are of great significance to the safety of the industrial chain.
Industry insiders believe that in recent years, China's high-end fluorine chemical raw materials have still been somewhat restricted by imports, especially in the field of ultra-high purity electronic chemicals. Local enterprises urgently need to improve their systematic production capacity. The successful test drive of this project has created conditions for the phosphating group to form a new supply capacity in the fluorine chemical subdivision track.
It is reported that since its construction, the project has been guided by market demand and implemented around the construction concept of "safety as the premise, quality as the guarantee, and progress as the benefit". After the completion of the project, it will form a linkage with the existing related businesses of the group, enhancing the group's competitiveness in the fields of electronic grade fluorine chemicals and high-end fluorine materials.
The production of high-quality products this time marks that the project has stable production capacity, laying the foundation for improving product levels and expanding market supply in the future. Next, the phosphating group will continue to strengthen quality control and optimize equipment operation to better meet the needs of downstream enterprises in high-purity raw materials.
